Recently, the social media giant has come up with a new feature called 'On This Day' which enables its users to see what all they had posted on a given date in the previous years.



It is also being said that photos and posts in which users were tagged would also be included in the posts that show up with the feature.



Giving a nostalgic feel, the feature will actually refresh the memories and also we will be having an option to share it with our friends.



People can also sign up for notifications so that they shall be reminded to check the feeds every day.



Surprisingly, Facebook is also taking precautions to ensure that the nostalgia it induces is not painful.



It is being said that Facebook will avoid showing posts from people who have died or from people who were in a relationship with the user earlier and have changed their statuses now.
