While the HTC One M9 launch has been delayed in Taiwan, the handset is becoming available for pre-order around the world, the latest country being Turkey. The flagship smartphone is now available in the nation through carrier Turkcell, although it is not cheap. In fact, the One M9 is more expensive than its US and European list price and will costs the equivalent of $1060.
