it says the battery is empty, yellowish battery symbol. I plug it in and it says charged. unplug it .... so I thought I would just take out the rogers payasyougo sim card and put it in my att z222 phone. (gophone) uh uh says it is locked. is it the phone or the card that is locked. thanks all
