Users who attempted to access Google Play Music All Access on any browser other Chrome late last week and last weekend noticed some serious problems: namely, they were only able to access music that they had previously uploaded themselves. All of Google’s All Access cloud library was unavailable for streaming for anyone using Firefox, Safari, and Internet Explorer, and possibly other browsers as well. The service continued to work fine in Chrome.

Luckily, that problem now seems to be fixed.

While Google never acknowledged the issue in any official capacity (it usually doesn’t), it does appear that engineers became aware of the issue right away and worked diligently to rectify things.
