We're starting to hear a lot about the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge Plus and now thanks to a set of case-maker diagrams we've got a better idea of how it compares to the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge.
The images were leaked to SlashGear and not only highlight the dimensions of the S6 Edge Plus but also place it next to an image of the S6 Edge for context and as you can see it absolutely dwarfs its smaller sibling.
The dimensions are supposedly 154.4 x 75.9 x 6.9mm, which are roughly the same as measurements we'd heard before. The S6 Edge on the other hand is 142.1 x 70.1 x 7mm, so it's nowhere near as tall or wide.
Plus size
It's no surprise that the S6 Edge Plus is the bigger phone though, as its screen is rumoured to be 5.7 inches, putting it safely in phablet territory. It should be every bit as high resolution as the standard S6 Edge too, with rumours pointing to either a 1440 x 2560 or 1600 x 2560 display.
The images don't reveal much else, other than reconfirming that it should have an almost identical design to the standard S6 Edge, complete with two curved edges.
Given that case-maker diagrams are doing the rounds we'd expect the Galaxy S6 Edge Plus will show up soon, so the rumoured launch date of August 12 is becoming ever more believable.
- The Samsung Galaxy Note 5 is coming soon too.
