ZTE has a solid history of launching smartphones in the United States, not something most Chinese companies do. Also, while other Chinese companies raise prices when launching in the U.S., ZTE tends to keep its smartphones affordable. Take the ZMAX 2 for example, which is arriving on AT&T September 25th.

The ZMAX 2 comes with a 5.5-inch 720p resolution, a Snapdragon processor, 2GB of RAM, 3000mAh battery, 4G LTE connectivity, an 8 megapixel rear camera, Android 5.1 Lollipop, and a pre-paid price tag on AT&T of just $149.99.

We think that’s a solid price for a decently spec’d device that is more or less carrying entry level value for money. What say you, are you interested by the ZMAX 2?
