Using phone as mp3 player

I plan to buy a better phone, e.g. a One+One or a Huawai, and one thing that will be important in my choice is how the phone handles mp3 files. I have a lot of these, arranged in hierarchical folders (within folders) and would like the phone to use that hierarchy. I bought a cheap tablet, and...
